Pricing data is sourced from ICE Futures and aggregated specialty differentials. Harvest forecasts blend satellite NDVI data, weather modeling, and historical yield curves at origin. The origin quality score is built from Cup of Excellence auction results, verified roaster feedback, and Q grader cup scores — refreshed quarterly.
